This means an order may arrive in multiple packages, with different tracking numbers and delivery dates. We understand that this can sometimes create confusion, particularly when one shipment is marked delivered while other items are still outstanding. That said, we recognize that you should have received timely responses to your inquiries, regardless of how your order was shipped.
