The t shirts are excellent quality and the customer service is second to none! I had a minor issue and they went above and beyond to take care of it! This is the third time I’ve bought shirts from Patriot crew. Great company!

I love the product. The shirts fit great and I love the down played flag logo on the arm. Customer service is great. I forgot to claim my free t shirt when i placed my order. They happily helped me out and are sending it out.

This is my second order with Patriot Crew. I accidentally ordered the wrong size when I made my purchase at the end of the business day. So I reached out via email to Let them know of my mistake. I received and email first thing in the morning and they simply fixed it for me with no problem at all! I was a little stressed but they completely put my mind at ease. Terrific customer service! Thank you PC!

Amazing Support! My order arrived a bit mixed up. John was quick to provide a return label and promised to swap the shirts out without any hassle!

They shipped the wrong products for my order. I have been unable to get a response by email or phone on what I need to do to get my correct items. The shirts are great but the customer service is awful.

I placed 2 orders totaling more than $250.00. I ordered the wrong size and have been trying to contact them via both phone (went to voicemail so I left a message) I have also sent them 3 emails that also gone unanswered. I have 12 shirts that I can’t wear and a company that isn’t interested enough to remedy my problem in spite of their claim for great customer service on their website.

Hi David, I would like to apologize on the companies behalf for the lack of communication and customer service. We love to make it right with you.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS. Half my ordered was received and there is no way of contacting them. Sales and support options go to VM and no return calls or emails will ever be received. Reviews you see are bogus and if you leave a bad review it is not posted. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Hi Mark, I would like to apologize on the companies behalf for the customer service line & the lack of communication. We would love the chance to make it right and get you the rest of what you ordered.
