We ordered 6 umbrellas with the LED lights. We received 6 umbrellas without lights. They would not make the order right no matter how many times I asked. We offered to ship incorrect ones back, they said no. Their solution was to either send them a picture of all umbrellas cut up for a full refund or accept a partial refund to go buy our own lights. Never worked with a worse company! We just wanted what we ordered.

We ordered 6 Adirondack chairs. When I first received them they looked great. Within a month the arms are warped and the screws have failed. One guest fell on his back while sitting in the chair and the other chairs are no longer aligned correctly. I emailed customer support but was ignored.

Unit arrived broken. Repeated emails have gone unanswered. I guess they have their money and I’m stuck. Terrible customer service. Do not purchase.

Bought 2 Adirondack chairs. Assembly was simple and straight forward. All seemed fine. Then after assembly, sat in one of them and it collapsed backwards to the concrete. The base piece failed under my 195 lbs, when rated for 350 lbs. Didn’t hit my head thankfully. Awaiting response from Patio Kingdom, meantime, afraid to sit in the second chair.

Parts were missing for most of the chairs for the dining set . They finally shipped them and first time my dad sat on one chair the back fell off after slight leaning back . His weight is only 185 . If you do get all the parts that he screws are too short and the holes are not sufficient . They expect me to pay for shipping on this in order to get a refund.

If I could I would give this company zero stars! I received my order and found the sand/water bags that are supposed to keep the base in place leeks!! Then once I got the umbrella up, I found out they shipped the wrong umbrella and the wrong color posts! It was supposed to be black posts and a square umbrella, I got brown posts and a round umbrella. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!

Absolutely one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. In spite of having a very technical college degree myself, their instructions were terrible and didn’t make sense and the manual stated if you are having trouble go to such and such a website. Lo and behold, it’s the same ridiculous instructions! I had to drill a larger hole for one piece and it took two days to finally complete. If you know what’s good for you don’t ever buy anything from them.

Beware their return policies: I Ordered 2 folding Adirondack chairs. The design is incredibly weak and flexes to the point it's straining to the point the hardware is starting to bend. At 235 lbs on a 400 lbs chair that is unacceptable. I've contacted patio kingdom for a refund, but so far they want to deduct 30% of the item cost for a refund. I will update this review as I progress with the return.
