I had issues with assembling the order and never received a response and help from customer service. I’ve contacted customer support about returning the order and have not received a response.

The quality is poor. Ordered 6 Adirondack chairs. Built one - which took a bit - and it leans back so far it’s uncomfortable and the legs bend under the weight of my 200lb husband. BEWARE of their return policy. They won’t take anything back once it’s been assembled and then charge you a 15% restocking fee to return any items still in box. They offered me $60 to just keep the items when I paid over $500 and told ME that it would be more cost effective🤣. This company is horrible and their customer service is a joke. DON’T buy from them!!

I ordered an umbrella which arrived in a tattered box that was completely retaped, and badly, along all the seams. I can’t understand why they would send me this product that was likely returned. I sent photos to the comapany. Their communication was poor and simply stated they would never send a returned product. They would not explain the photo evidence. They refused and request for refund as did PayPal. So I’m stuck with my returned Umbrella.

Customer service is horrible. They blocked me for no reason. Also most of the umbrellas has a base picture but does not come with base. I had to argue with them to send me the base!

The chairs are pretty much unusable…. They slant back so far that you are practically lying down in the seat !! Poor design and waste of money!!!

I bought 6 folding chairs from this company and first time I sat down and lend back the chair fell apart. The Material is weak, The bolt locations are very close to the edge, even the lag bolts would never tighten up.

We bought one of the patio dining sets. The chairs and table came in two different shades, had wrong pieces, and were super flimsy. I tried working with customer service and they were not helpful. I sent a bunch of pictures and explained that after putting everything together based on the instructions everything felt very weak. We sat on the chairs once and the backs broke loose.

Lounge chairs were packaged and delivered with defective and incorrect parts. Per their return policy they say they will provide return shipping labels. They would not provide saying I had the correct parts even after I sent pictures providing proof of defective and incorrect parts. They offered me a $30 refund on an order more than $750 and would not honor their return policy (which aside from manufacturing defects, also states if you are unhappy with your order for ANY reason you can return item for a refund) Beware working with this company.
