I initially tried to place my order via phone, and the person I spoke with could not answer my questions. She told me to order via the computer. It has been 15 days and I do not know the status of my order.

TOTAL SCAM!!!! Do not order from this site, you will lose your money. They do not answer the phone, emails bounce back and the 24/7 chat line is a joke as it gives an automated response that they are busy. Ordered chairs Dec 28 and got nothing, but ripped off.

I gave it one star only because I could not give it zero. I tried multiple time over multiple days to place an order. The website was having problems. I spoke with customer service who said they would call me and email me when the problem was resolved. I never heard from them. I tried the website a couple more times and finally gave up. My local Big Lots had Broyhill furniture in stock so I went there.

Well my husband has already posted but let me give you update. Talked to David on 12-27 and he said the mgr. of warehouse PROMISED our furniture would ship that day or Fri. David won't return my calls and still no response from anyone regarding a tracking number or if it has shipped. One of the WORST companies to deal with I have ever experienced. Sent an email also 12-27 and said I would get a response within 24hrs, well STILL NO RESPONSE!!! Teri B

Misleading and false description of umbrella. Material faded within a few months. The offset umbrella was difficult to raise and lower. After a few uses the umbrella broke. It was after the 30-day guarantee. When we called about the 10-year warranty we had to pay $70 to have a new umbrella sent to us. Or we could send the broken umbrella back for a new one. Either way we are out $70 and our umbrella was only useful for a couple months. We are going to try one more time but if we get the same junky umbrella we will never use Patio Depot again.
