I ordered a table from Patio Depot, but when it arrived, and I opened the box, I could see they sent me the wrong one. After FOUR emails, THREE phone calls ("We'll get back to you in 24 hours." They didn't!), and a "customer service chat" that was never answered, it has become obvious that NO ONE in this company is going to rectify this situation. So, basically I paid for a table I don't want, and will have to repurchase the table I want elsewhere. Please carefully read all the one star reviews here, because they are telling the truth. If you enjoy gambling, then by all means order from this ridiculously bad company. I will never order anything from Patio Depot again.

I didn't get my chair. I was told my account was credited it wasn't. I can't get a call back. My emails come back undeliverable. I would hesitate to order from this company. This has been a terrible experience.

We have not received product so cannot review. Just wish it didn't take this long.

This is the second request for a review that I have received. Would be more fitting if the products arrived before the request for a review of same. No products as of yet so this is a negative review.

I have called and was told a supervisor would get back to me about cancelling my order. I also did a chat and added my email to have someone contact me. To date I gave mot heard back from anyone.
