Great insight into sinus issues!
I am very happy to have a diagnostic tool for insight into persistent sinus issues. I am pleased to be able to rule out "allergies" alone as my problem. This is what the doctors always determine to be my problem without any real inclination in helping me actually solve the ongoing problem. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. Sample was not able to be processed due t not enough material ( swob was wet from nose) I contacted company for a retest and was told I needed to pay full price again. I’m unemployed due to chronic illness and borrowed the money for this test hoping for answers. I could see an additional fee but full price was very frustrating and I’m unable to do it again. Clearly it’s profit over patient unfortunately.

To clarify, we did process your sample with PCR and NGS testing and it yielded negative results. Negative results are possible and often caused by sample collection errors or contact with agents that can degrade DNA, like concentrated lidocaine or antimicrobials Any sample that can not be processed by the lab is eligible for resubmission, we only ask that the customer cover shipping fees. We noticed that you ordered a second kit and we would like to provide you with a discount and cover the expedited shipping you selected. I find your websites very confusing.
I find your websites very confusing and very difficult to navigate. For example, I registered, ordered a test kit, but after receiving it I tried to register it but you didn't recognize my email. I also find your test results confusing. If you want to deal directly with customers now you will have to provide better information about what the results mean.

MicrogenDX was an absolute life saver…
MicrogenDX was an absolute life saver for me! I am a kidney transplant patient and I can easily get opportunistic infections that most people do not have to worry about. I kept having negative cultures and pelvic inflammatory disease. My team almost gave up on it but thankfully, thanks to MicrogenDX, we realized it was a Privotella Bivia infection - an anaerobic bacteria that does not easily grow on regular cultures. Not only did this help me find the right treatment but it made my girlfriend realize she had issues with her vaginal flora, which was the source of her pain during intercourse. It truly is a new hope for patients who are immuno promised or dealing with difficult cultures!

Whenever I called
Whenever I called, the representatives always took their time to answer my questions and to help me through the process. Getting onto my account was not so easy for me however, the representatives were able to provide me with my test results without delay.
