Pathstream's Sales Operations Certificate was helpful for me to advance my Salesforce skills. It was online and self-paced which allowed me to manage the material, including project requirements, at my own pace yet following their recommended schedule closely to stay on track.

Pathstream has been such an enjoyable experience. I've taken multiple classes, and I feel well-prepared and inspired by what I've learned. The lessons are well crafted in both material and how it's presented-and most of the time they're actually pretty fun! The lessons are extremely accessible and they offer multiple ways for learning-from videos to transcripts to activities. I love the examples and practice you get with the labs even though they can feel a little simple at times. I wish the Asana practice was a little more robust-but maybe it truly is a simple system. I had a few minor glitches and the Pathstream team responded super fast and the Customer agents were incredibly helpful. I wish I had a greater opportunity to connect with the instructor-it's definitely better suited for someone who is comfortable learning on their own.

It is an ideal program to learn easily. It is easy to use and very understandable. It is a practical course where you learn each step of marketing and the necessary ones to put into practice

I’ve had a very positive experience with the Pathstream programs. This is my 3rd online certificate program with them. I was able to switch job functions/paths after completing the project management certificate, and am now in the SalesForce Administration program. The career services is helpful and knowledgeable, with a weekly newsletter of a plethora of job opportunities. They also help with referrals to companies, resume support, and curating your LinkedIn profile. The flexible payment plan is what made the difference for me and made it possible for me to participate. The instructors are excellent, with years of experience in their fields and highly knowledgeable about advising students on their career journeys. They’ve made themselves available during and after the courses. I feel grateful and lucky to have found these programs. Thank you Pathstream!

Pathways is the perfect program for online certification for a busy mom! Being able to log in and complete the assignments when it was good for me made this achievable. It gave me the knowledge and skills needed to advance my career. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to gain new skills, but is unsure how to do so while living a busy life.

Horrible experience. I tried to enroll on their webpage and it loads back to same page with no option to enroll. Then I call the number and no one picked up and ended up living a message. I get a text message with a same stupid link to enroll and that doesn’t work. I get a call back after 6 hours and I am told Emory doesn’t provide the training anymore. It is now Texas A&M. I was told a link for enrollment and a coupon code will be emailed to me right after our call. Nah, no email. At late night I checked my email and there is an email with marketing stuff but no enrollment option. Worst customer service ever. I won’t spend my money trusting the site and expect a better support from them going forward. Be careful before spending a dime with this company. After getting frustrated I started discussing the matter with fellow Technical folks. They suggested me to check out Udemy.com. Man, aren’t I so glad to listen to my buddies. $30 for the course with 254 videos and 100s of practice question and up to date material for 2022, a whole lot of hands on lab for free. I went ahead and finally enroll my wife in the Udemy program for Salesforce Admin Cert course. And she doesn’t have any technical background what do ever, Udemy course starts from the basics and dig deep gradually. Thank you Udemy for saving my time and a lots of money to achieve my goal.

When I submitted a ticket it was late 11pm est and when the tech sent the Zoom link my sound wasn't working but he worked with me and did such a fine job!
