Pathrise has gone above and beyond to help fellows get jobs that they can enjoy for a fair tenure. The ability to have so many versatile mentors across several fields and functions helps tremendously to assist fellows in every possible aspect of their job search.

Like most things in life, you get out of it what you put in to it. If you are committed and ready to do the work the people at Pathrise will bend over backwards for you. I started with the sole purpose of improving my interviewing skills and with the guidance and support of the mentors I absolutely achieved that goal.

I think my goals and needs were a bit different than most who do Pathrise, but it still worked out for me. I had ten years of experience in my field, though some of it was unconventional, and I was looking to take the next step up the career ladder, as well as move to a different caliber of company. I also had a perceived weakness in interviewing that I wanted to shore up. Pathrise helped me improve my resume and LinkedIn, the latter immediately resulting in more inbound messages from recruiters, and while I never sent applications with the original resume, so I can't compare, I can say I had an excellent response rate with the new one. I then worked with several industry mentors to improve my interviewing skills, focusing on specific problem questions that had come up in past interviews. This helped me provide better answers, and go into interviews with more confidence. After about 3 months, I received an offer I was happy with, and Pathrise helped with negotiation advice. It was a good offer to begin with, but I was able to negotiate a bit more. Would I have landed a similar position without Pathrise? In all honesty, probably, but I'm certain it would have taken longer, with more frustration, and less direction. Which I feel was worth the price of the program. And I'm confident that the skills I learned will benefit me for my next job search, paying further dividends.

The Pathrise team and platform were extremely helpful in my ability to successfully transition my career. The content to maximize your LinkedIn profile and out your best foot forward with your resume truly made a difference. Lastly, the 1:1 help offered throughout not only helped hold my accountable but also included great advice and tactics to help me prepare for and land a great opportunity.

Pathrise has been an amazing experience for me. My career coach and Industry mentor both taught me skills and tips to have myself stand out. From resume building, speaking in interviews, and finding a good company that I want to work for. Everyone gave me huge encouragement every step of the way. I completed the course in 4 months and landed my first job. I’m really great joined this program. As long as you are willing to put in the effort. It’s a great way to understand how the hiring process works to get a job within your field.

I think Pathrise has good intentions but at the time I was in my career, it didn't serve the purpose I needed. I did do the two-week trial, but it took a while for them to show me how to cancel the trial. I would recommend however proceeding with caution and ask your questions. Follow Up (9/22/2022) I would like to thank Mr. Justin at Pathrise for he actually followed up with my concern and took the time to address it and used corrective actions to make sure my experience would be different, I would actually use and recommend Pathrise to friends, despite my first little hick up of the withdrawal process for I do see they care about their students!

From the very start I could tell they were interested in my success. They set me up with some phenomenal coaches and got to work on my resume right away. Even in the short time I’ve been with Pathrise, I feel more confident about my future success.

Pathrise is an incredible program for anyone seeking to level up their career and work in tech. The weekly structure, helpful feedback from career & industry mentors, insightful content on hiring practices, and mock interview 1:1s were the backbone of my job search.
