Tyra Saved The day; Excellent Customer Service! I called re:Credit card, I spoke with MARY aka Don't know nothing MARY! I was told I had to answer a series of ??, She asked I answered every one correctly, she followed that with I can't Verify you; you have to call back another time. I held for Supervisor but none came. I called back Tyra answered Thank God for her Professionalism, she should be training the staff. Mary was a horrible Representative of Patelco hopefully they recorded the Conversation because I said the exact words to Tyra; my problem was solved quickly and Professionally. Thank you Tyra for Knowing and doing your JOB!!

Ok guys I have been banking with patelco credit union for long time , but I have been banking with other bank institutions too , but there is a big difference between patelco credit union and other institutions , patelco is the heaven of the credit unions and banks , there you will find , friendship , help , and understanding , but the most important thing , thousand smiles , patelco credit union truly means what they promote , they just don't say it ,they prove it to you and they accomplish ,your dreams , my full thanks and appreciation this time goes to Ashley , she took all the time of the world to listen and understand my situation and helped me to understand better , how easy is to bank with Patelco , thank you very much Ashley ,but I recommend everyone too , they become your family , so if you ever go in one of their banks be ready to noticed the big difference from other banks , and don't never hesitate to join patelco , you will be very happy i promised you ,by the way Ashley works in the Concord California branch ,go and meet her she is a very nice person , Alfredo martinez

I joined Patelco before the pandemic having switched from San Francisco Federal Credit Union. I am happy to say I am a very satisfied/happy member. I have never had any discrepancies with my account and on the occasion when my account was compromised, I felt as though Patelco had my back. I love the fact that there are no fees, and my questions are promptly responded to.

I have been banking with Patelco for more than two decades and they have never done me wrong! I use to back with Wells Fargo, but they ended up costing me big time. Patelco not only has great rates, their staff in the branches and on the phone are great. They have been really good about keeping my accounts secure as well. I love working with them!
