Wait times on the phone usually over an hour. Not helpful with anything. Hide fees. Spam you with tons of pointless emails but something regarding your account you will not receive and email or call about

This is the WORST experience with ANY bank or credit union. I opened the accounts and couldn't transfer money over. Then I couldn't deposit money into my account. Then I was finally able to transfer throigh an account I connected. Then, they allowed me to overdraw my account. And when I went to try to pay that money back, by transferring money from that account that I had transferred from before, they locked me out of my account, saying it was fraud, and told me that I would have to pay in cash at a branch. And would not allow me to close my accounts. They wouldn't even tell me why my transfer was blocked in the first place. Just that I would have to go and pay it in cash.

This place is AWFUL they told me 1-2 minute wait and left me on hold for over 20 minutes.

Patelco Cost me thousands! Nearly three years on autopay with a 36 month car loan. While I was out of country they canceled my autopay and dinged my credit. I had maybe two payments and a credit rating of 810. It went to 650, all my cards cut my credit, utilization doubled, and rates went through the roof. They tried this again with a credit card that was on autopay. RUN SCREAMING!

WIll suggest to avoid this union. No proper response for any queries you do. Site has security issues. Process to make any chnages is very difficult and non flexible. Even though they are credit union they are very greedy for any adjuestment and fees. Very high fees for simple features which other credit union provides. There rates also are mostly in higer no compared to others , so refinace is bad.

A new customer Immediately account locked for "unusual activity" The chatt is no help After several tries got a human. Said proper person was in meeting. NO call back for 3 days. Customer service sucks.

I would give them 0 stars if possible specifically for the fact that SONIA decided to make my account to only being able to make deposits and withdraws and IN BRANCH ONLY and that that’s all I would be allowed to do with my account and nothing else permanently all because of a failed $10 deposit I didn’t even have the account for a week I was planning to have my direct deposit switched but thank god I didn’t Sonia just showed they can care less about a customer who was new not even a week in that based off this failed $10 deposit their going to permanently restrict my account to the most basic things ever

I'd be very careful with this company. They claimed that they mailed a refund check to me, but they didn't. They didn't have a tracking number or anything. Yet, they can see that the check has not been cashed. To correct this, they want me to get something notarized which will not even be worth the money they owe me. Not an honest company. You have been warned. I am sure the money owed to me is going into their pockets.
