I ordered a case of mini tart shells
I ordered a case of mini tart shells. They arrived quickly and I was updated re:the delivery. Every shell arrived in perfect condition! They taste nice and will work well for the tarts I am making for a fundraiser. The shells are coated on the inside so they will not get soggy as they sit with the filling. I was a little taken aback when I took one out and thought it seemed like a heavy coating but after eating one plain I did not detect any off flavor or weird mouthfeel from the coating.

Local company and they are so amazing! Super helpful if you have questions and very friendly if you need help with anything. Great pricing and availability of more specialty items. Great place of hobbyists and bakers needing supplies.
