The customer experience was wonderful…
The customer experience was wonderful from the communication around the order, the tracking, and the delivery. My product was slightly damaged and when I notified them they responded promptly and gave me a partial refund.

Excellent products and service
It is always a pleasure to do business with people that care. My business has been operational for 33 years and there are only a handful of distributors in that time that I would recommend as much as Pastry Depot.

Ordered hazelnut paste
Ordered hazelnut paste 11pd bucket. Very good product .Had same product before from a different company. Very well packed in box, didn't get any damage. Using this paste to make hazelnut mousse or buttercream for cake fillings. Definitely will order from here again.

chocolate beat the summer heat!
In the middle of summer, I was able to ship standard ground with ice pack for chocolate chips and they did not melt. Held up very well and arrived timely.

Expensive Shipping
Expensive, slow shipping.

Hello James - Thank you for your order and feedback! Though we cannot control carrier rates, we do our best to make sure customers do not have to pay more in shipping than necessary. We see you placed your order on the evening of Monday, July 29, so it was shipped the next day and delivered in two days, on Thursday, August 1. Though two days is the estimated UPS Ground shipping time from our warehouse in Atlanta to New York, we do have expedited shipping methods available if you need product to arrive faster. You are always welcome to reach out to us for a custom shipping quote to ensure you are getting the lowest rate possible or have questions on which shipping method is best for you.
