The content is great. I really like the flow of the material and how they give you a ton of questions. My only complaint is that the guy in the videos speaks super slowly and there is no setting on the video where you can speed up the play rate. It would be helpful if I could watch the videos at 1.5x or 2x. As is, I don’t watch any of the videos because they just take up too much time.

I like that I can study the ebook and take the study questions and chapter quizzes. I like how it’s dumb downed enough for the reader to understand the material. I like how I can follow up the chapters that I read with the virtual class. I like how the speaker keeps everything real after reading the material. He explains the concepts well. There are some concepts that I really am confident and others not so. I like that I can pinpoint my weakness and then I can submit a direct question to the teacher. Sometimes, I would like the speaker to give us a little more time in answering the questions ‘cuz I have to think a little bit more on some questions. I also like how you can go over the subject matter by yourself. You’re studying for yourself but not by yourself. The videos are awesome too.

I was locked out due to many attempts to gain entry. The staff responded to my phone call in a timely manner so I did not loose to much time studying. This was great

Easy to understand materials, lots of practice questions, sample tests, etc.

The information is useful on how to prepare for the exam.

I had a positive experience with the service! Everything was super easy to use and navigate, and I appreciated how user-friendly everything was. The customer service was also fantastic - everyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. Whenever I've had an issue or question, their representatives have been very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to others!

Great service and very accommodable to my request that was not able to be fulfilled through the website. Customer Service was great.

The content being studied for the SIE is what I was looking for. Provides many detailed questions with no repeating questions after many attempts. Some spelling errors and grammar can be distracting at times. The chapter for “types of orders” seemed a little out of order with some questions being used that weren’t covered until later sections.
