section quizes were too long - should be 10-15 questions and not so repetitive. A couple sections were out of order with the quizes. Should offer a way to retake missed questions.

The questions on the actual exam were different from the practice questions

A lot of reading can be overwhelming, it would be better if you include more videos and visuals.

I didn't receive my books after i pay for 3 days shipping

Format not very user friendly but once you get to the questions, they are challenging.

I have gone over the Chapter One material numerous times, listened to the video several times and am still having a problem with compartmentalizing the questions concerning the Agent, BD, IA, IAR, FCA, and even Issuer exemptions verses exclusions and notifications. To me the exemption/exclusion points are just an unclear distinction (although addressed) used to create confusion in the test questions. Why do we have to feel like detectives investigating some of these questions just to see at the conclusion we missed the correct answer by an exchanged or even misspelled word. Why all the trickery FINRA and USA? Please just tell us the regulations and ask us straight out questions about those regulations. It is mentally exhausting and emotionally frustrating and breeds anxiety and suspicion. You asked me so I am telling you. I have spent way too much time and effort on Chapter One and still can't get a passing percentage on the tests and since a large portion of the questions are supposedly on the Registration of persons and securities, obviously I need to feel comfortable with the material. Well, I don't feel comfortable.

I was recommended Pass Perfect from colleagues and peers who have used pass perfect materials in the past. I ordered my book version of the study material and one package took over a week to arrive and was missing contents. I tried to find contact information for Pass Perfect and was stuck with a message box and got an automated response saying they will ship out the correct and full contents very promptly. It’s been over a week and a half and I am still waiting. I would hope that by the high price I spend on the materials I would get better customer service and a whole lot better shipping. Over this seems to be a great company and have amazing materials. The whole thing I would say needs some work is contact information, delivery and shipping experiences, and lower prices.

Series 7 Course It pains me to only give 3 stars because the layout of the course material and the video tutorials are top notch - so much better than Kaplan. However, some of the material in the videos is dated and incongruous with the readings. My biggest issue is with the practice questions and tests...Whoever created/edited the "Check your understanding" questions definitely missed a few things. Many questions start by asking you to identify multiple correct responses, e.g. I, II, III and IV would be one correct answer but then the answer options separate these into a, b, c, d. Also, a fair number of the questions gave answers that didn't remotely apply, or the feedback was for a completely different question. And whatever happened to the Smart Q-Bank? I purchased the deluxe package thinking this was included - that program was amazing. Please bring it back.
