UPDATE !!!!!!!!. I EMAILED COMPANY AND THEY OFFERED ME 50 % BACK . THE FACT THAT THEY DONE THAT JUST SHOWS THEY ARE WRONG . SO I KEPT ON AT THEM AND TOLD THEM I KNOW MY RIGHTS AND ITS AFFECTING MY MENTAL HEALTH AND STRESS AND THEY GAVE ME FULL REFUND . THIS IS A ROUGH COMPANY AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPPERATE !! I done exactly the same and fell for it . It never once showed me a disclaimer as they are stating and I only clicked on renew passport which was 88.50 as stated even by email which only says that amount I have paid but paid an extra 70 !! Absolutely fuming !! How do I get my money back ? Do you recieve a passport ? 🤔 trading standards will be contacted and BBC!!!!

Exactly same thing happened to me. Placed an order from this website considering it a gov website by mistake and ended up paying more than double the amount for a child renewal passport. Can someone guide me please how to get my money back and how to report these scammers. This is not right and it should be stopped immediately.

How is this even allowed??? 🤬 as with the other reviews I have fallen for exactly the same thing!! Am so angry with myself but even more that they are getting away with this, HOW??? Not once was the cost mentioned as I was filling in my information but when I questioned them they said it was in their disclaimer but I didn’t even see that. Now they’re offering me 25% refund, what a joke, if it was legit there’s no way you would be offered anything. Someone needs to seriously deal with this company it’s absolutely disgusting. I must add that I have e-mailed them complaining + at first met with resistance but now have been granted my £70 back for the so-called service.

This is nothing but a scam , making there website look like the official gov site , Google should remove these site’s immediately, shame on them , shame on this company for ripping people off

This is a scam! It looked like the government passport renewal site but it's a private agency. I feel humiliated and angry that I fell for it as I am usually so careful to check what site I am on. The renewal of my passport cost £158.50 instead of £88.50 so they made £70 out of me. I also have sent my old passport to the incorrect address! Will I actually get a new passport I wonder?

also fell for it . never realised until a few minutes after completing the forms. had to frezz bank account . still not sure how i ended up on the site from the government site . stay clear . will be reporting to trading standards also

Fell for it. They a middle man company. I hadn’t realised I hadn’t clicked the gov website. They charged me £163.50 for one passport where as their email said I paid £93. So I assume they kept the rest for themselves. I feel stupid for not noticing before I made the payment. But seconds later! Just wait and see if the passport turns up now. But AVOID!
