PasagencyReviews of pasagency.com

Working with PAS has been a fantastic experience. Since switching to their management, our Amazon sales have tripled, revealing the incredible potential of the channel. We now view Amazon as one of our primary growth drivers and are excited to continue scaling. The PAS team is diligent, responsive, and always available when we need them. We truly value this partnership.

We've been working with PAS Agency for about six months now. Our sales have increased significantly MoM since working with their team (which has given us hope)! The communication with our reps goes above and beyond, and we're always aligned on how we can continue hitting our revenue goals. Lastly, their team is constantly optimizing and not just taking your money each month and not caring about the outcome. If you provide them a roadmap of goals (like what we did at the start of the relationship), their team will work hand-in-hand to do their absolute best in making your goals come to fruition. It's like they *truly* want you to succeed.

Ruben and the team at Pasagency have been amazing to work with for the past few years. They have an experienced team that works very hard and gives a tremendous amount of value.

The PAS team is both knowledgeable and very hard working. Receptive to feedback and always looking to improve the relationship and drive profitable growth. We are very happy with the PAS team and look forward to working together in the future.

We have been working with this agency for over two years to manage our Amazon and Walmart.com accounts, and the experience has been consistently positive. The team is knowledgeable, proactive, and highly responsive. We hold biweekly meetings to review performance, strategy, and next steps, which keeps everything organized and transparent. In addition, communication is seamless—they are available 24/7 through a workplace app, allowing for quick updates and constant collaboration when needed. Overall, this agency has been a reliable partner in managing and growing our e-commerce presence, and I would confidently recommend them to other brands looking for dedicated account management and strong communication.

We’ve worked with Ruben and his team for over five years—essentially since the beginning of our Amazon journey—and they’ve been one of the most consistent partners in our business. Unlike many Amazon agencies that rely on large retainers with limited impact, Ruben’s team is deeply performance-driven. They focus on what actually matters: page-one placement, maintaining strong review ratings, and steady, sustainable growth. Even during a year when our DTC channel struggled, Amazon continued to perform and grow under their leadership. Ruben is what truly makes this agency special. He’s patient, strategic, and calm when navigating challenges, and he consistently brings new ideas while protecting the integrity of our brand. As an entrepreneur himself, he understands founder thinking—and that shows in how he leads both his team and client relationships. Because of Ruben and his team, I was able to confidently focus on other priorities knowing Amazon was in excellent hands. Highly recommend. Lorrie, Co-Founder & CEO, Caire Beauty

Our sales have more than tripled since working with PAS. We’ve partnered with other agencies in the past, but PAS takes the cake. Ruben and his team are always thinking 3 steps ahead and take a holistic approach to acquiring and retaining customers. Their strategy has transformed our business and the results speak for themselves. Highly, highly recommend!

PAS Agency is an extremely professional agency, who provide clear communication, set realistic expectations and deliver on what they promise. I have hired numerous agencies in the past and PAS was they only one who actually did what they said. They treat your resources as if it was their own and they focus on profitability, which is the most important metric to any company. I have recommended PAS to several entrepreneurial friends and each one was extremely satisfied. The bi-weekly calls are extremely helpful and assist in managing expectations. If you are on the fence about going with these guys, do yourself a favor and take a meeting with these guys, they have transformed my business and they can do the same for you.
