Don’t let them fool you with their “growing RoAS”
This agency is very good about disguising their results by showing a growing ROAS. Here are just some of the things I experienced working with their team first hand. • One-size-fits-all campaign structures with everything lumped into a single ad group • Overreliance on Sponsored Products, with little to no investment in Sponsored Brands, Video, Display, or upper-funnel efforts • Generic keyword strategies that are slow to incorporate size-, variation-, or product-specific intent • Ads being scaled before listings are truly ready (images, attributes, A+, or storefront gaps) • High-level ROAS reporting without visibility into SKUs, keywords, negatives, or bid decisions • No clear testing roadmap, seasonal strategy, or competitive point of view • A heavy focus on hero SKUs while the rest of the catalog quietly ages in FBA When I shared my frustrations with the owner of PAS, he agreed with me on 100% of it and relayed it to the team, and they did absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t think the owner is to blame as much as their team is.

Amy, you have never been client of ours. You have worked for a company who’s CEO on this same platform praised us a gave 5 starts. You are very bitter, inexperienced, disgruntled employee, who was fired because couldn’t get the job done and you keep blaming us. Learn to let it go it’s kind of ridiculous
