The product was a bit late because it was sent to the Springfield Post Office in Massachusetts which is always slow in getting its products out the door.

I had a very good experience with PartzStop. They had the part I needed for my 15 year old heat pump - at a price quite a bit lower than other retailers, and it was shipped out quickly. I will check them first the next time I have a need.

Purchased on 1/22. Shipping label created finally on 1/26 and still awaiting item at USPS on 01/28 @2:30 pm. Probably going to blame Chinese Virus for their ineptitude. Slow. Slow. Slow.

I placed the order for a tool and paid via PayPal. The payment was processed. I later found out, via email, that the shipping label for the tool was cancelled and my PayPal account credited back the money. No one at PartzStop ever advised me, by email or otherwise, as to why my order was aborted. Attempts to contact PartzStop by telephone were met with a busy signal. No response to email. No return call after leaving my telephone number. Pretty pathetic.

My order was processed quickly & promptly shipped. Item was well packaged & arrived safely.

Receive filters in a very timely manner. Would recommend Partzstop to friends.

Parts were as described and worked as they should. No complaints.
