The part was delivered to me broken because it was packaged incorrectly. It took days to get in touch with someone, then another week to get an RMA code to send the unit back. They made us pay for shipping to return the damaged unit. I’ll never buy from the business again. I found the piece I bought on Amazon for a lower price and had it delivered to me in a timely manner, packaged correctly. I hate to buy from Amazon when I could support another business, but this company lost mine.

Received part promptly; however it was wrong model. I contacted them and they quickly sent out correct model and gave me a prepaid label to return the other. I will order this part again as it is much less expensive than buying the OEM filter from our A/C company.

The uv light was busted on delivery and I never received a new won I am very disappointed. I have never received a refund. They are not telling the truth

3 of the 4 bulbs did not work and getting a refund once the non-working bulbs were sent back and signature was verified was difficult. I had to use pay pal to force the refund :(

Purchases Two (2) Lennox 12J90 Hard Start Kits.  Original order damaged in shipment because items were not packed with protection.  Items were returned and refunded.  Re-Ordered Two (2) 12J90 Lennox Hard Start Kits Again.  *One of the Kits I had returned damaged was "re-sent to me " The packing I put in the box was there.  The same connectors were bent and the wiring was damaged. The installation instructions with mounting screws are also missing.  I sent three (3) requests to replace the one (1) damaged Hard Start Kit. No response or replacement has been received by me. Why?  Unacceptable because I purchased them to install in my two condensors and cannot because one (1) is inoperative or damaged. PartzStop should make this right and replace the damaged 12J90 Hard Start Kit
