We are glad to hear that you had the easiest rental ever, Michele! We're stoked to know that we could provide you with a seamless experience. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our payment policy not accepting prepaid Visa cards as payment. We know that can be a bummer when you're trying to use a gift card to pay the bill. However, we're pumped to hear that this was your only complaint and that overall you had an excellent experience. We appreciate your feedback, and we'll keep working to improve our service for our awesome customers like you. Thanks for choosing us, and we look forward to hooking you up again soon! Jo jo, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're stoked to hear that you had lots of fun with our equipment and that the set-up process was easy for you. We always strive to make the rental experience as hassle-free as possible, and it's awesome to know that we delivered in that aspect. We're sorry to hear that one of the transmitters you received was damaged and did not work. We always do our best to ensure that all equipment is in top-notch condition before it leaves our facility, but sometimes things happen in transit that are beyond our control. We're glad that we were able to send out a replacement quickly, but we understand that the sign-only delivery requirement by UPS caused some delay and inconvenience for you. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused and will do our best to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Thank you for choosing Party Headphones and we hope to party with you again soon! Team Party Headphones
