I ordered a birthday balloon celebration package of 12 balloons for a friend. The delivery was right on time and the balloon bouquet was exactly as pictured. The customer service was topnotch as Q answered all questions and delivered a great gift.

Party Balloons by Q did a amazing job with the balloons today at Special Olympics Wake County Spring Games at Ravenscroft School. Thank you as always!

Q ALWAYS makes it happen for our clients, and this time he made it happen for our employees. I was so thankful for his responsiveness, ability to take my vague direction and turn it into a beautiful setup with barely a week's notice!

5/5 for sure. Q went above and beyond and my wife loved the set up for her birthday. He also was able to break down incredibly fast. Absolutely no complaints and would recommend to anybody trying to make their next event special.
