Their new website is dystopian slop. Their old website was so vibrant and fun and easy to navigate. Now i cant even place an order since they made the "Place Order" button tiny, invisible, and stays at the bottom even when you scroll down. Worst UI in history award goes to PartstTree. Put everything back the way it was.

Ordered 2 parts and paid for the order with shipping that I picked. Two days later I recieved an email stating that they would need to get my approval to charge an additional $30 in shipping for a 1"diameter aluminum tube. They should not sell you a shipping total only to come back and ask for more. I called and canceled the complete order. Won't be ordering anything from them any time soon.

the cost of shipping is too high. I bought an $18 part and it cost $11 to ship and took 11 days to go from Texas to Wisconsin? I could have drove myself, took a week of vacation then 2 more days to drive back in the same amount of time pathetic!
