After reviewing the order records, we can see that the order was cancelled and the funds were released back on 09/11/2026. The payment amount was only authorized initially and was never charged or captured by us. Because the wrong part was ordered, we did not accept the payment, and the authorization was released. We kindly suggest contacting your payment provider to check when the released authorization will reflect back on your account, as their processing time may vary. We had processed your order with overnight shipping, but unfortunately, Carrier shipped the package using Ground service instead. We understand how frustrating this must have been. After reviewing the situation with our team, we have initiated a refund for the difference in the shipping charges and adjusted the shipping cost to the Ground rate. We’d like to clarify that our website displayed a notice from 09/03/2026 through 09/09/2026 stating that we would be closed on Monday, 09/07, for Labor Day, with no shipping or deliveries that day. Our records show that your order was placed on 09/04/2026 at 1:20 PM CST, and we shipped it that same day as scheduled. While the package was shipped later in the day, our shipping policy provides for shipping and delivery on weekdays only. Since Monday was a holiday, Tuesday was the next available delivery day, and you confirmed that the package was delivered to you on Tuesday. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding.
