I'm probably keep using your NMN just because I think that is a good product so far. My biggest complaint is that the delivery always coming really late. Last one came more than two weeks after I got charged. Every time the something happens and only comes after my complaint. From now on I just decided to buy at different place if I need it!

Do not buy from this company!
Have not received my order but did receive an email from a delivery company that they had my item with a tracking number but no way to track it. When I contacted them, they told me my order had been declined despite the money being taken from my account! Looking at other reviewers from the UK, they're experiencing the same issue.

Spent £250 that never shipped after a month
Spent £250 on supplements from PartiQlar - 4 weeks later I had to chase this and was told there was an issue with the "fulfilment request" and it hasn't been shipped yet.

I have been using a different…Better sleep

Ok service, good product.
Initial order, no confirmation of anything for 3 weeks and no reply to emails. I did eventually receive a reply and the order was rectified. Vaguely explained there was a technical issue. The order tracking is poor via the shop app. I do now have my product and it's good quality. I'm amending my review to 3 on balance, not an ideal experience.
