I made an order in March, today is June, still waiting…
I made an order in March, never received it, courier link showing “undeliverable”. Contacted Partiqlar, they allegedly shipped it again, but again tracking link showing “undeliverable”. Nothing wrong with my address - I got my order from them at the end of last year without issues. They have some serious shipping or stock issues.

I love the product
I love the product. I had a slight issue with the shipment, but the company was very attentive and fixed it right away.

I am a customer in Japan
I am a customer in Japan. Having heard the quality of Partiqlar, I placed an order with the Company for the first time. While my order was never delivered, I was helped enormously by the Company. They listened carefully to my problem and as soon as it was fond the product was lost somewhere long the way from America to Japan, they not only expressed their sincere sympathy but also acted promptly and resent me the product. This is one of the best companies in customer orientation which contrasts my bitter experience with another company in the same industry when a similar incident occurred. Given the mindset of the Company and its employees, I feel very safe doing business with Partqlar.

Great products and Customer Service
Had a little glitch in the order, but customer service was quick to respond and fix it. This is my second order of NMN and plan to order more because of the great product and customer service!

The staff is so helpful
The staff is so helpful, especially to an older couple who are not tech savvy. Courteous, too. Prices are good.

I placed a single order with PartiQlar…
I placed a single order with PartiQlar and later discovered it is a subscription. I logged into my account and there is no place to manage orders on the website. I emailed and called customer service and nothing seems to be happening. Do not order from this company, regardless of product quality.
