I needed a new freezer door handle and part advantage had the best price. It was OEM part They shipped it out the day that I ordered it. Perfect absolutely no complaints with this company.

Ordered a part based off part number Maytag gave me and chose the next day/overnight shipping. Part got here on time and quickly but unfortunately maytag gave me the wrong part number. I was able to return the part and while shipping it back overnighted the correct part after using their site to confirm it was correct. New part again came on time and quick and fit and works perfectly, and the wrong part was received and refunded. They also helped with a UPS mistake they noticed before I did so that shipping was on time. Very thankful for their customer service and prompt shipping.

I had zero issues. They were the only distributor with the weight balancer I needed for my Samsung front loader washer that had low shipping cost. Only $15 on a very heavy part. I ordered Wednesday morning and had it Friday afternoon. It was brand new and well packaged.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Got an OEM ice maker and installed it last night and it already has filled up my ice maker. I was super excited about the price. They were cheaper than anyone else. Don’t listen to the reviews. I did read the reviews after I ordered my part and was like omg so I called the company and spoke to a super nice young lady named Ashley. Got my order like it seemed like in record time and now as I said have ice for my drinks. So thank you guys and thank you Ashley for putting up with me freaking out lol.

I was initially concerned about my order when I saw the reviews. However, my part arrived as described and in decent time. Part fit perfectly. No issues whatsoever.
