Could give zero stars if given the option, they post an incorrect product description/pictures and now I am stuck with a part that doesn't even fit my microwave. After sending the return back, i would only get a $10 refund out of the $45 i spent because rhey don't even reply to tour emails when you vomplain about yhem sending the wrong product. NEVER AGAIN.

Order a part, never open the part, returned the part.Followed the return instructions to the "T". Part Advantage rejected the return and kept my money and part. Do not order from this company. Criminal !!!

Very disappointed with my experience with Part Advantage. I ordered a part based on the model number lookup provided by their system, only to discover that the recommended part was not compatible with the equipment. The entire purpose of a model number lookup is to ensure customers receive the correct part, so this was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, nowhere during the ordering process was it clearly disclosed that the item was considered a special-order part and therefore not eligible for return. I only learned this after attempting to resolve the issue. Had this information been prominently displayed before purchase, I would have made a different decision. When customers rely on your model number verification system, they should have confidence that the recommended parts are correct. If a part is non-returnable, that information should be clearly communicated before checkout, not after a problem arises. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Part Advantage and will be looking elsewhere for future parts purchases.

They charge so much for shipping and if you want to return you have to pay for shipping. I tried to cancel my order immediately after placing it and they refused. Never again.

Took my money , didn't confirm order yet they said mine looked as suspected fraud. Requested refund after begging for them to ship part because I was in dire need for refrigerator. Reported to my bank and BBB.

This company is a scam. Stay away at all costs. They refuse to credit me for a part I returned within their return window. It was unused and untouched. They sent one email telling me, 'part was damaged' and refused to speak to me any further. After this I've found multiple complaints like mine. STAY AWAY.

bad bad bad...the oven part would not fit so I returned it (at my expense). They said it did not come back in the identical box they shipped it in so they threw it away and would not credit me the $100 I paid for it!!!! CROOKS !!!

Thieves!!! Be aware!!! Ordered merchandise,wasn't the right one so returned it but accidentally I returned part from another company ( ordered same part from two companies)..had to pay shipping and they rejected my returned part because it wasn't theirs. Never get that merchandise back( they just kept it) no money back and no merchandise back no response anymore....don't buy from this thieves ... Customer service is horrible,never buy from them again. They stole my money ... negative 5 stars
