The app has constant connection problems! I addressed the connection my staff regularly has with the reps and senior folks. The troubleshooting never worked, we still had issues. We got frustrated using an app that doesn't work, so then we requested a refund for the 8 months of the year left that we won't use it, but they refused to do so without doing a 5th or 6th tech call with them about the issues. Super frustrating. At this point, we were ready to move on because there has been more than enough communication and more than enough troubleshooting, but they refused to give us back our money for a non-consistently working app. Can't recommend that anyone uses this app at this point. ***UPDATE: I finally got my refund, but of course only after I said I'm just going to post about it since they were stealing my money. I never would have left this review if they hadn't given me such a hassle to get my hard-earned money back.

It won’t let play me Lego dc with my friends

While installing (Windows 10, up to date) dozen of errors and i could find any solution via search engines nor on the developers page (table of error codes looks good, but couldn't find error codes that i had during the installation, not even similar codes). While uninstallation again error codes which i had do click away separately. i have to say i'm an it engineer = experienced user. i would like to test this software, but also the reviews here looking absolutely curious = not trustful.

Parsec: nothing but a waste of time. I'll start with some backstory: my monitor broke, and I can't use it anymore, so my inner "genius" thought about using Parsec to display my PC on my laptop while keeping all I/O peripherals attached to the host. Needless to say that my laptop and my PC are literally less than 30cm apart, and I experienced endless input lag, packet loss and random crashes like I was using my pc from China. Subreddit is even worse, everyone there runs fine, they can stream from Mars to Earth at 8K 240fps, but I kinda suspect that they don't. Also, conspiracy theory, Linus Tech Tips review was biased, because he could use his work PC from home, while I can't play FIFA when I have client and host next to each other? TL;DR parsec is garbage, don't even bother using it.

this app refuses to work on my PC while every other app and program I use works just fine. was going to hand them my money to support development but i cant even use the app so thats a bust

Shame on you Parsec! This sh** doesn't work. Can't connect with my friend.
