Disappointed! Never got an email when the bird shipped, no tracking info or photo of bird before shipping. Bird arrived on a Saturday; I got a call from the local post office after they had closed for the day that the bird was there. If she was shipped on Wednesday she spent 3 days in transit. The bird was lethargic and looks like it was stressed. Died three days later. Emailed them with my issues and got no reply.
Will not purchase from Parrot Crown again.
Note: ordered another bird from a breeder in NY, very different experience, prompt reply, picture of bird and tracking info when sent. Bird was in great health when it arrived.

Gave me a sick bird and blamed me for it dying.
I ordered a Baby Pineapple conure from parrot crown. He arrived on a Thursday. He came lethargic and breathing heavily, and I'm certain he was sick. I had a conure seed mix and fresh chop available for him. For two days he ate only the chop and didn’t touch the seed mix, so I took it out. Two days went by of him eating his chop, he was still slow and breathing heavily, and he ended up passing away that Monday. As soon as he passed, I emailed the shop with pictures and asked about any replacement or refund options. Two weeks went by of me waiting for a response, so I finally called them. They essentially blamed me, telling me that I starved it since I took out the seed mix (that the bird had no interest at all in and hadn’t touched). When I told them the bird had been eating the chop, they then began saying that it needed the chop as well as the seed mix (the chop had flaxseed and various other seeds in it, so the bird wasn’t completely deprived of seeds). They then contradicted themselves, saying conures are extremely hardy and hard to kill, which makes no sense how it could “starve” the two days it didn’t have seeds. They said that it was essentially impossible for the bird to have arrived sick, but I am 100% sure that it did. It was visible slow and I could hear him gasping when he breathed. The bird cost me $380, and they told me the best they could give me was a 40% discount on my next order, but I don’t believe I’ll ever be ordering from them again.

I'd give 0 stars to this place if I…
I'd give 0 stars to this place if I could. I ordered a lutino budgie from them. By definition, this would be purely yellow with no markings and red eyes (see World Budgie Organization). Instead I received a yellow bird with black wing markings and black eyes. One of the wings (where some of the black markings) was also damaged - did they trim his feathers to hide the fact that he wasn't lutino? I reached out to them to request a refund. Here's their laughable, completely amateur response: "That is a Lutino, just because it doesn’t have red eyes doesn’t mean it’s not Lutino. You obviously got a Lutino because the bird is fully yellow. And no where did you specify that you wanted red eyes. If you want one with red eyes next time leave an order note. Also if you still want red eyes version we don’t mind sending you one for free, even though this not our fault. However you will have to cover postage." No regard whatsoever for the fact that they're dealing with live animals. Beware! They're absolute frauds.

Bird died within 4 days of delivery! …
I purchased a Scarlett Chested Parakeet that died within 4 days of arriving at my house. A necropsy showed the bird tested positive for Wasting Disease. The Dr stated the bird had to be shipped with testing positive. Many people have left reviews with birds dying. Do your research!

Beware
Beware! These people are dishonest and will scam you. First, they sent me the wrong color bird. It was shipped in a tiny cage, and when it arrived, there was no water in the cage, and it was highly traumatized. It was delivered via post office, and it was so quiet that the workers thought it was dead. It was not a hand-fed tame baby bird. It was terrified of everything. I asked for a partial refund due to it being the wrong color, and they refused.

If I could rate no stars I would
If I could rate no stars I would. To start with My bird was shipped through USPS..very cruel, he was extremely traumatized and looked very rough with tattered, dirty feathers when he arrived. He finally started letting us handle him after a few weeks ( came completely unsocialized and would bite ). He then started slowly losing feathers. Over a 3 month period I became extremely attached to him working with him every day and exhausting every option to get him to stop losing feathers and grow new ones. Everyone just thought it was a hard molt since he was eating but looking back he was pale too. One day he was very weak and just fell off his perch like a stone. I made a vet appointment for the next day and he died in the night. I was so traumatized, I’m still traumatized!! And so angry!! This bird mill is inhumane and selling sick birds. Hopefully my other two parrots I got somewhere else don’t catch what ever he had :( Cerwinn acted like he cared and led us to believe he would replace him then just completely ghosted us for a few months. When he finally reached back out he said he owed us nothing and was very rude, which completely blindsided us. They only care about money and not the health of the birds.

I bought a Rosy Bourke
DON'T BUY FROM ParrotCrown.com I bought a Rosy Bourke parrot about three months ago from ParrotCrown.com via USPS. I noticed it didn't look as healthy as the Rosy Bourke I've had for three years. Its feathers didn't look healthy, it had accumulated droppings around its vent, and it spent a lot of time sleeping. At first, I thought it was stress from the trip, but after a few days, it got worse and finally died. They say they aren't responsible if the bird catches a virus during shipping, but I know perfectly well that this bird left their aviary like that. Right now, I'm trying to save my Rosy Bourke parrot, which I've had for three years and was perfectly healthy, because it got infected by the bird they sent me. I gave them my money, had to endure the terrible experience of watching the bird die in front of me, and now I'm trying to save my bird of several years.
