This place is a total scam. DO NOT purchase from them. It is a front and not a real operation. We purchased in Hawaii and was told the item was in the warehouse in Miami. It has been 4 months and no information regarding the item. DO NOT use them

We were invited to participate in an all-expense paid “art auction cruise” which concluded 9/2/2121 by Park West Gallery. During the cruise we purchased four art items totaling over $28,000 which we paid by credit card. We were advised that typical delivery would be twelve weeks except for a bronze that could take up to twelve months (or longer) to ship. After waiting for four months, I contacted Park West and was informed that they did not know when my items would be shipped, so I requested a refund. They stated that all sales are final and there would be no refund. how can a sale be final if the sale was never completed? It took over five months to get the first two items. We contacted our credit card company for assistance and Park West stated that “the charges are valid” and refused to provide credit. At the end of August (8/31/2022) the credit card company advised that they were unable to assist me in resolving this problem. We did not get the third item until we filed a complaint with the State of Michigan and BBB at which forced Park West to promptly ship that item but not the last item because they had stated it could be a year or “longer” to process. Two weeks ago (19 months later) I asked Park West for a time frame when I could expect this item and was informed that do not provide such information. I then asked how orders were in ahead of my order, got the same answer. We have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get what we paid for. It appears that Park West business model is to deliberately delay fulfilling their sales commitments in some kind of weird hopes we will all go away. In short, it borders on corruption. If we want any resolution to this situation, we will be forced to go open another case with the State of Michigan and the BBB or pursue expensive litigation. All we can do at this point is tell everyone we can about this absurd incident and Yell WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH PARK WEST GALLERY, BUYER BE VERY, VERY AWARE!

We bought two pieces of art work, got the credit card for interest free, plus got two free pieces of art for doing the CC and I received all kinds of text and email alerts for tracking of my art work for delivery. When I got it, it was the free art work. The real art work still hasn’t came in 10 weeks and one day I come home from work and there is one of two of my art work. No tracking no texting. NOTHING!! This morning I see an email saying fedex tried to deliver from parkwest yesterday but we were not home!! Park west never speaks on the phone, only emails which are about two weeks for them to reply!!I I will never buy from such a tool of a company. Plus the first piece of art work was installed in wrong frame!! Months we waited and they failed big time!! Don’t buy from park west ever is my advise!!

It has been 8 months since I purchased my artwork and I still have not received it. I am in contact with customer service but will say that the service is limited and takes a week between most emails. My experience was I purchased 2 pieces on a cruise. I waited for 8 wks and no artwork arrived. I called and they told me they forgot to pull the artwork and I needed to wait for another 8 weeks. I waited and received 1 piece. I called and they told me I needed to wait for another 8 wks. I told them I was not waiting another 8 weeks so they expedited the piece. It arrived in November with the wrong frame on it. They tried to tell me I had never custom-ordered a frame. I showed the invoice that clearly stated I had custom ordered the frame. After 2 months with the framing department, it finally was ready to ship. I was told I would get a FedEx shipping update. I never did after a month I contacted them. At the end of January, I received the tracking code which I found was now lost in the mail. Park West called FedEx and sent the piece back to the framing department to inspect. It has now been another week and the piece still has not been sent back to me. While I'm in contact with Customer Service I would say 8 months is a pretty abysmal delivery schedule.

Purchased prints in December 2022 onboard Pride of America. Repeatedly asked and was repeatedly told they would be delivered framed as displayed on the ship. Of course they have arrived unframed and despite my emails to the coy I have had no response. What an idiot I am thinking that the purchase from the US would arrive successfully in Australia without hiccup. Once bitten twice shy.. will never cruise with the cruise line again and won't be sucked into purchasing anything I can't take with me.. an expensive lesson

Park West is a high pressure low information slimy sales folks, where their legal documents are designed to box in the unsuspecting buyer…. We were on a NCL cruise to Greek Islands and got roped into buying a reproduction print from Thomas Kinkade. Sales person gave us a flat price to "bid" on. This was not an true auction, as they only put up paintings that folks were interested in and at the price they quoted us. We were the only bidders for the piece we were interested in. When it came time to sign the documents they assured us what the painting was and it would be shipped to us no later than 12 weeks which would have put it Jan 1, 2023 since it was a Christmas present the sales person indicated that should not be a problem. When it did not arrive by the Jan 1 date I called customer service and they said that they would check and get back to me within the week. No call so another call was made on Jan 16th and the same response. They would check on it as the supplier must be slow. I called Thomas Kinkade directly and they said they fulfill all regular orders within 2 weeks. Nothing from Park West and it it now Feb 1 and still nothing and no contact at all. With the mandatory arbitration clause in the contract requiring arbitration in Miami, FL there is no way anyone will sue for breach of contract given the cost of litigating in Florida let alone arbitration. I also check on the contract and there is no way to figure out what the actual print is from the codes on the invoice. There is no way to correlate the value of the actual print we bought to a retail product from Thomas Kindade as the terminology is not consistent.

Park West is so disappointing! We purchased a painting from them in January of this year and everything went fine with it, so we purchased 7 more pieces in August. What a mistake!!! We were told we would have our pieces in 8-12 weeks. It has now been over 20 weeks and we still do not have all of them. One piece was a wedding gift for our son, it arrived a month after his wedding. Another was a Christmas present and 1 week after Christmas we still have no idea if we will ever see it. When we inquire, we either receive no response or lies. For example, in one response they implied the artist still needed to complete the painting. It was a limited set; it was completed long ago. I'm sure Michael Godard is not waiting to paint the pieces as I purchase them. Additionally, DO NOT EVER sign up for their weekend art auctions. We cannot get updates from Park West on our missing items we paid for over 5 months ago, yet they text us around 4-6 times per week and email us around 10 times per week EVERY WEEK about their lousy weekend auctions. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their lists yet they continue to stalk and bother us. If you want me to spend more money with you, you should first fulfill your obligations with the items I have already purchased. STAY AWAY from Park West. They do not know what customer service is. We obviously spent a LOT of money with them and yet we cannot get an ounce of respect or service from them.
