I bought a painting by Kinkade, last September, while on a cruise. I am still waiting for it to arrive?? It was sold in the auction as CP which should be framed but it was sent to a completely wrong address unframed. When I finally located it, it had been returned to parkwest, they then agreed to have it framed and resent. Wait for it, after sending them my address and pointing out to them, that my address was on the original invoice as well,they then posted it out to the wrong address again. I have not heard from them after that! There is incompetence and then there is further incompetence??? If you are on a cruise be very careful, my advice would be stay away from them, I'm regretting ever buying anything from them.

My nearly 90-year-old mom went on a cruise... Although the family believed she would be somewhat safe on a cruise, Park West(PW) took advantage of her... She can only remember looking at some PRETTY art on board, but now has a bill for over $10 thousand dollars for artwork that has not even been received... When advised of situation, via a PW/Synchrony credit card bill, my brother and I reached out to PW and cancelled ANY order... PW is stating ALL orders are FINAL, even when cancelled soon after cruise and BEFORE any artwork sent... NOT a good policy IMO, but to take advantage of elderly is immoral and just bad business... Do NOT trust Park West seems to be the lesson learned...

I purchased 2 pieces of artwork on a Celebrity Cruise in Nov 22 @ more than $20K AUS, I had no correspondence from Park West untill one of the pieces turned up without notice. The other one I am still waiting for nearly 6 months later! emails back and forth, but I don't believe they know where it is and certainly no good news yet!

4 months no art! Numerous calls!

Ripped us off on price of 2 Dali signed Purgatory prints bought in June 28 2010. The prints13 years later are still valued at fraction of what we paid for them. Scam pricing.

Just horrible. I bought a Nechita painting many years ago. Current day, trying to sell it. Come to find out that I cannot sell it without an addition number. There is no edition number on the art, the appraisal, nor the receipt. As I explained to the customer service agent, it is like selling a car without a clean tittle. I emailed customer service and their reply was that I could purchase a new appraisal from them for $35. Honestly, I wish I had never bought art on a cruise ship and especially from Park West…just horrible! Now I have to pursue this legally. What a pain.

Me & my wife was on the odyssey of the seas 12/09/2022 And purchased four paintings we have received three paintings and we are still trying to get our fourth it’s been seven months now and we are absolutely getting nowhere with park West customer services . Making our whole experience of buying art a absolute nightmare, This company are a absolute joke and we will be contacting our credit card company to try and get our money back which I doubt will never happen. All we get from park west is it’s going to be framed and sent out to us asap . Absolute lies

Be aware that Park West will expect you to wait for your "purchased" piece of art as long as they deem necessary. I called and spoke to customer service and they advised me my piece had arrived at their location in Miami and would be shipped and I should expect it in 2 weeks. When I called 2 weeks later, customer service had not received my piece and they had no idea when it might arrive. Of course, I had paid in full months before. When I stated that process was unfair and maybe I should just cancel my order, she stated I could not cancel. When I stated that maybe I should share my bad experience or speak to other passengers on cruise ships about Park West, she told me I could not do that and threatened to have me thrown out of the onboard gallery. Wow!! Gotta love art!!!
