I thought Parkside tools might be half decent as Lidl sell them. So i bought a Cordless LED Light. Fantastic value for what it does, thought i might get another one as a gift. So pleased i waited though, as all 3 modes of the white LED's refused to come on, with only the 2 red one's and the front torch light still working. Well that's the last Parkside tool i'll ever be buying. Such a shame that Parkside tools are without any type of quality control.

I have just had my fith parkside tool failure , a cordless screwdriver ,a soldering iron station, a battery powered air pump ,a hot air heat gun , and the hot air heat gun which they replaced under warranty also lasted only two uses , i have many other parkside tools and to be honest , i wish i hadn't because i am just waiting for these to give up , it is a pity because all of my tools are really looked after and cleaned properly after every use and they are cetainly not abused , it's just that parkside tools are not very good, i have a black and decker angle grinder that is 46 years old and still going strong , parkside can't manage 46 weeks.
