Ik heb inmiddels verschillende spullen van parkside gekocht. Alles werkt perfect. Slijptol op accu gebruik ik wekelijks en werkt perfect. Voor de verbouwing van de badkamer een breekhamer gekocht. (Aanschaf net zo duur als weekendhuur bij bouwmarkten) Dit apparaat heb ik echt mishandeld maar is het tot de dag van vandaag blijven doen. Voor het bedrag wat je betaalt is dit echt perfect gereedschap. De accus blijven ook lang vol.

In June 2024 I bought Parkside Secatuers from LIDL. They were OK but now the blades don't meet so not fit for use. I mislaid the receipt sadly but I sent photos of the item to Parkside as requested. Then they said there should be a refrrence number on the Secateurs but there was no such number. Just their logo and address. Now they refuse to refund or exchange. We bought Parkside products before but never again. Very disappointing.

What a pain to deal with their Support services. I bought batteries and a charger for 20v tools, the charger was defective, the manufacturerS (yes, Parkside tools are made by other manufacturers, asked me to contact the other one, playing ping pong with the customer. Who came with the idea to sell a pack with a charger and a battery where the battery is made by OWIM and the charger is made by Grizzly tools??? Ending is complete mess trying to get Lidl Support to understand while they would systematically ask the customer to directly contact the wrong manufacturer? They replaced 4 batteries without any troubleshoot before finally replacing the defective charger. It took 4 months in total. Absolutely ridiculous. I finally received a replacement working charger today. If you did not pick a brand for battery operated tools, save your time and money, buy Dewalt or Milwaukee or anything else. I wish I could send everything back and start over with another brand.

Bonjour J’ai acheté une mini tronçonneurs parkside Impossible de retrouver une chaîne de rechange sur leur site rupture de stock depuis un bon moment c’est des outils à utiliser puis à jeter sans parler des batteries qui ne tiennent pas J’ai déjà eu une expérience avec le marteau piqueur rotor qui fait des étincelles Moi c’est fini y’a le site chinois à petit prix j’ai utilise et après ont changé Produits à éviter

NON COMPRATE DA QUESTA GENTE Ho acquistato una lancia a pressione per piccoli lavori, atteso 1 mese, e quando il track ha detto consegnato mi sono detto : a chi?? Ma la cosa che mi fa arrabbiare è che nonostante la 1 mail nessuno mi abbia risposto, ho scritto di nuovo…spero qualcuno risponda…la consegna, secondo il track era del 13 marzo!! Vergognatevi
