At a Diamond parking lot in Spokane, the options to pay for parking were the internet or the parkmobile io website. Unfortunately, I chose parkmobile. It asked for my credit card information followed by "continue ". I found myself immediately faced with several options to sign up for expensive programs that included ongoing monthly payments. They were conveniently pre-selected for me. I deselected all of them and pressed the "continue" at the bottom of the list. I was informed my credit card had not been approved. Later I discovered my Credit Card company had detected fraudulent charges and blocked my card, which is why it hadn't been approved. One program made it through and the following day I received a welcome email from them and a $49.99 charge to my credit card. I called the company and they immediately refunded my payment and asked who had sold me the membership. I let them know it was parkmobile io. I would give them no stars if I could.

Because the parking Attendance have the computer and see how much minutes you have on your meter and they turn around and wait to give you a ticket

ParkMobile doesn’t reflect your purchase on the meter, at least where I live in VA. When I asked the PD, they informed me when the officer sees an expired meter, they run the plate to see if there is time on the meter. Seems to me this is a waste of time and mine for our police officers as opposed to just reading the meter and moving on; unless, it’s just an excuse to run license plates and collect law abiding citizens personal business and information. Won’t use it again.

This app sucks, I lost my car downtown as it is easy to get disorientated, I walked to another location and was turned around, they only have “zones” for the entire city block and I tried chatting with a rep. It was a 30 minute wait and my battery was dying. Luckily I found some nice guys who helped me but one of the guys had to get his car and we drove around u til it was found. I was able to charge my phone so I was chatting with their rep and he said they have no satellite to see where the car was. 2 hours! Then of course I had a ticket for $30 by the time we found it. Terrible app, o hate it and will not use it again,

Do not like this at all. Went to input the zone I was currently at on my Park Mobile App and without realizing it, the Park Mobile app used my previous location so I got billed for another location and since it was not where I was currently I ended up getting a parking ticket. Why didn't the Park Mobile app see my location on my phone? Now I have to try and convince a judge what had happened or otherwise pay a $36 fee. Not very happy at all.

Parkmobile is poorly designed and insecure. It would be less irritating to pay a parking ticket than to use this annoying app. Don't keep credit card info in it unless want your identity stolen.

Parked somewhere with parkmobile and despite having a code that covered the entirety of my parking time - I was charged the full amount. It has been pending for three days. I cannot dispute the charge while it is pending but the money has been taken out of my account. Also this app is impossible for older people to use. I was with my mother and it took her like 20 minutes to figure it out all. Poor thing. What happened to normal parking validations!?
