I had parked in Miami Beach and there was no freight loading sign where I parked. It was unclear about the other adjacent loading signs. I found that it was loading signs before they put the Parkmobile signs. I had to pay 600$ in towing charges in rip off Miami Beach. This app and its signs on streets are misleading. Don’t trust their signs and park inside the garage instead.m To add to the misery, I was a visitor and I was asked to pay in cash and first get a rental release letter which obviously can’t get on time. It was horrible ordeal that I had to deal with.

Really bad. in spokane. They charge you for the full amount cannot choose how long you can park 26 dollars for 2.5 hrs of parking... Thank you for your inquiry. After a couple of exchanges.. They did NOTHING! In your parking area, parking transactions are scheduled and initiated when you select how much time you'd like to park, agree to the charge, and then start your parking session. Your payments are made in advance and can't be adjusted after starting. (It's the same type of functionality as when you put money in the meter or pay station. Once you make the payment, you have paid for that amount of time and any additional time or money can't be refunded or credited.)

The october 2024 update is a definite downgrade from the previous version. The app used to work real smooth. But after the october 2024 update, the app doesnt recognise areas it used to recognize easily, the "set end time" option is no longer automatically offered after entering the start option. It doesnt show active on the homescreen anymore and cant be turned off from the homescreen anymore either. Sometimes the app does not show an active session as active either. There is no language setting to be found and I could go on. This update is defenitely not an upgrade! Please revise.

I would give them zero stars, but that was not an option. I started a parking session with a new car/license plate and realized immediately that I had transposed two letters. I spoke with the parking attendant who told me to call. I’ve spent the last 20 minutes trying to connect with the human. The chat bot just informed me that they will not provide refunds for my $30 parking session because I transposed two letters of our license plate and I will need to pay double. This is a ridiculous scam. Parkmobile is the WORST!

Neem mooi deze app!!!!!! Al 5 keer opgezegd. Elke keer zeggen ze na moeilijk contact te krijgen dat ik na 24 uur een bevestiging krijg van opzegging!! En die Krijg ik nooit !!!!!! Nu aanmaning van maandelijkse kosten.😡 Contact en service is zo dramatisch. Je komt er bijna niet vanaf !!! Maffia praktijken !!!!

Never use this app. Really bad custumer service. Im still trying to fix my issues with them for over a year now. i payed my invoice on time but because they have a new partner that handles their payments. They sent mails that i have to pay again dispite me sending more then ones the prove that the invoice had been payed.

I paid to park in a legal space in Philadelphia. My vehicle was towed for a violation that didn't exist. At 11PM when I called, Parkmobile acted surprised and offered no pathway to help other than the obvious take an Uber to the impound lot before they close for the night. They can whine that they are not responsible, but the fact is it's their reputation. If this occurs infrequently it's good to be known for quality customer service when bad things happen. If it's common, then shame on you!

bevestigen opzegging en blijven incasseren Ik heb 4 jaar een abonnement gehad bij deze partij. Aan de prijs en niet super gebruiksvriendelijk; maar OK. Vervolgens neemt het opzeggen meerdere maanden in beslag aangezien telefonisch de opzegging niet wordt doorgevoerd. Dan maar per mail. In April bevestiging van opzegging ontvangen en tot en met Augustus blijven deze pipoos geld afschrijven. Geen reactie op e-mails. Echt administratieve ramp daar; ver van wegblijven
