I received an email stating that they were hacked and that my personal financial information had been stolen. They are offering a single US dollar of credit for my inconvenience. Now I have to cancel my credit cards and all previously arranged recurring payments. One Dollar. Shame if these assholes. They are the devil.

I used the ParkMobile app at a meter and received a ticket from the City of St Petersburg. I showed all receipts and that I paid ParkMobile but now have to go to court to contest the ticket. Will never use ParkMobile again. They obviously have a software glitch!!! Further, their customer service was useless and could not help.

Do not use this service. They have been hacked and they also sell your data. Walk a bit further to protect yourself. Their help desk is a bot.

I have had multiple problems with this app and their customer service. I live in a major city so there’s no escaping them. The latest, they took my money and allowed me to park in a place that I wasn’t supposed to park in. Got a $50 ticket. I didn’t ask them to refund the ticket. I just asked them to refund the parking fee they took from me. Incident was over a month ago. No response in over a week to last inquiry.

Park Mobile app malfunction. Tried twice to pay for parking, and read error on app. Then paid at self pay meter across street. 5 minutes later , received email with paid parking thru Park Mobile, making it 2 times I paid. Contacted Park Mobile via email with , no response, radio silence. Then contacted customer service phone number , with being told they can't do anything. Closed account. Terrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Psycho parking attendant for park mobile was writing a ticket before I even pulled into the space in anchorage. Talk about a power trip.

The app does not work as advertised. Features that are clearly promoted—like account management, easy cancellations, and business dashboard functionality—are either completely non-existent or so broken that they’re unusable. It’s false advertising, plain and simple. Worse, there is no in-app way to cancel your subscription. You’ll be forced into a frustrating cycle of unanswered emails and ignored requests. I submitted multiple cancellation and refund requests, all of which were blatantly ignored. Not a single response. Not a single refund. This is not just poor customer service—it’s predatory. It feels intentionally designed to lock you in, extract payment, and then disappear when support is needed. ParkMobile Business is not a business tool. It’s a scam operating under the veneer of legitimacy. Avoid it at all costs, and don’t fall for the same trap I did. If you've already signed up, check your billing statements and cancel your payment method immediately

Filed 6 support tickets, all closed by them without solving the issue. Phone support takes forever to be connected, then after the call connected, the agent said she could not hear me and hung up. 2 years after they were hacked I still cannot get my account back.
