Once you complete your medical intake and upload any supporting records to substantiate your mobility limitations, we connect you with a licensed healthcare provider who reviews your information and determines whether you meet your state’s eligibility criteria.If you qualify, the provider completes and signs the appropriate state DMV form so you can submit your application to your local licensing office. If additional documentation is needed to make a determination, we’ll let you know what’s missing so you can move forward without guessing.ParkingMD is designed to make the process clearer and more convenient—especially for people who may have difficulty traveling or scheduling in-person visits. The process was simple and…
The process was simple and straightforward. I submitted my medical records and in 24 hours I had my approval. I went to DMV and got my placards 2 days later. I have told several people about the process.

Parkingmd.Com is the real deal. After uploading the documents required, I received the completed and Dr. signed documents necessary for a CA parking plaque quickly. I received my CA DMV plaque without question on the first visit to the DMV. Highly recommend!

My experience with ParkingMD was…
My experience with ParkingMD was positive and convenient. The process was easy to navigate, and the instructions were clear throughout each step. I appreciated being able to complete everything online, which saved time and made the experience more efficient. Communication was prompt, and the overall process was straightforward and professional. The dmv wanted the provider to fax over forms since the signature wasn’t wet provider got right on top of it and I was issued my placard in a matter of minutes! My provider was great and I would like to thank him for this!

I had a great experience

Excellent customer communication
