Very good experience and easy to use

This was made so easy. I took my forms to DMV and less than 5 minutes I had my Placard.

Completing this online was incredibly straightforward and saved me a lot of hassle. I was able to handle the entire request for my national park pass right from home, and the turnaround time was very fast. It is such a relief to have this taken care of without any extra stress. Really appreciate the simple and efficient process.

The staff and Dr. was very friendly and well knowledgeable. Overall experience was very good no problems.

The turn around time was very quick, the chat follow up is slow if you need to follow up but the actual process of getting approval was less than 24 hours. I wanted to add on to this review as to complete the entire process. As mentioned parkingmd process my application and approved in 24 hours, it took about a week all in all from application to receipt of written approval, in CA you must have the Dr original signed document. I then went online through CA DMV and the approval process from the DMV side was actually pretty quick less than 4 days. I should have my actual placard with the next week, AAA would not process the application because the dr was not from California even though he had a CA license. I decided just to do it all online and easy breezy. Before using this service I think you really need to make sure you have support X-rays etc and a report from your Dr to make the process seamless.

They did exactly what they said and advertised. I submitted my medical records to them and within the same day was approved with the doctor Dr. Johnathan Miller signing and mailing my completed DMV form to me!! I received my documents within 5 days. I just went to AAA and received my Permanent Disabiliy Placard & License plates. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They updated me through the whole process. If you do your part..they will do there's!
