Fighting some issues with my foot, and decided it would be super helpful to get a placard for when it flares up (really painful to walk). It was very easy to share my medical records / diagnosis / treatment with their on-line physician, and then have them provide the needed RX and state paperwork. It was much more convenient to do this on-line instead of making another doctor office visit (and about the same cost). I was able to use our Dept of Transportation's drive up window to submit and collect the placard. I just hope I don't need to use it too often!

Ok so i got upset because their AI assistant was very unhelpful. It wouldn't let me reschedule so I missed the first interview. You send in some medical diagnoses a mychart for me was fine. I didn't' understand ppl getting upset because this is official and the doctors license is infact on the line they have to actually tell the truth. Just got my placard.

I’m giving five stars although I was not approved giving it because customer service was outstanding and when I asked for my guarantee refund, I got it back within 24 hours when I signed up for this I wasn’t sure if this was a scam or not, but it’s not and they do guarantee a refund and like I said customer service was great I was not approved because I could not give enough information to the doctor what was needed, but I do recommend them if you do have the information thank you.

Extremely easy, quick and affordable. No issues in getting the paperwork required and getting my permit from DMV. I highly recommend
