Very little guidance from company in terms of how to use their service and due to an airport control malfunction I had to stay an extra day they charges me half the cost of a 5 days service for 1 extra night! Crazy then I find they have taken my back wind screen wiper off my car… never using a service like this again so many issues with these guys
