This is my 2nd time staying at park central hotel and it’s in the perfect spot not far from Times Square and Central Park. I found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly always said good morning and asked if I enjoyed my day, the rooms are spot on for New York very comfortable. I also find it very reassuring that at a certain time at night one 2 doors can be used and there is security all night. In all I love this hotel and would recommend it to everyone

We spent 2 nights at this hotel with children. The rooms were just about right size, the bathroom wasn't great for a 4 star hotel but it was ok. At reception at check in we had mixed feelings but after returning from a holiday after 1 week Anna at reception was amazing. We left my daughters little stuffed bunny in the room and together with securtiy they managed to find it. She has also arranged that we could leave our luggages at the hotel for a few hours. Anna did the extra few steps which were maybe just a few minutes of her time but made the difference from OK to outstanding. THANK YOU! :-)

Best Hotel beside Central Park…Times Square within walking distance…Subway on 7th ave across the road…Excellent location…Great Staff

Great location. Quiet room. Completely renovated bath. Far enough from Times Square that you can see the lights down Seventh Ave but not in the middle of all the commotion. Room rate made it very attractive - here on business but would return with family because of the location to central park.

If you are looking to boost your business then you are at the right place! I am satisfied with them.
