Worst hotel experience. From an outdated rooms, tiny bathroom, bad service, TV channels that don't work, to dirty walls. The toilet paper holder was broken and roll kept falling. Housekeeping came to clean room and left 2 clean towels, after taking 4 used ones. We called the front desk 4 times to request the additional towels, and even after going to speak with the front manager, it still took over an hour to get clean towels. The room cleaning lady left a pair or dirty cleaning gloves on the floor of the room. The walls were dirty and more than half of the channels on the TV line up had no service. Find another option.

The hotel was nice and the location was great but our room had no hot water. We stayed there in December and the weather was freezing. It would have been nice to be able to take a warm shower. When we brought this to the hotel, management did not seem to care and were not accommodating at all. They refused a full and even partial refund.

Hotel was in a great location and couldn’t have asked for anywhere more central, I was so excited to be so close both to Times Square and Central Park so loved this. Myself and my daughter stayed here for a week from June 11th Everything was great until the day before coming home, I had a bag ‘taken’ from our room with all my dirty clothes in, spoke to management who were really helpful but unfortunately no one claimed they had moved the bag and upon checking out the next we were told the destination fee of nearly $300 would be wavered and put back on the credit card, been home over a month now, they stopped responding to my emails and needless to say the money has not gone back on the credit card. Would have stayed here in the future but after this unfortunately won’t use them again

Posizione ottima, comoda per andare a Times Square o Central Park a piedi...servizi camera pessimi: Ascensore lento, stanza con moquette rotta, spine non funzionanti, stanza scura poco illuminata dall'esterno e le abat jour poco luminose, manco un lampadario, mentre il bagno oltre la tenda della nonna degli anni 50 per la doccia, il rubinetto della Vasca/Doccia, per poco non mi rimaneva in mano, il silicone vecchio e secco. Servizio in camera, pulita ma le inservienti non guardano il foglio delle note, l'ultimo giorno di check-out, dove avremmo potuto dormire un po' di più e preparare le valige con calma...ce le siamo trovate in camera...anche se hanno chiesto scusa..non è accettabile che un inserviente entri in camera senza prima bussare... inoltre direi che equipe e direzione non si parlano, la nostra agenzia gli ha scritto per dire che eravamo ottimi cliente e cercare di fornirci una camera ottima e ad un piano alto per godersi un po' il panorama. Invece abbiamo ricevuto una camera al 4 piano (non pretendevano il 24' ma almeno una camera ad un piano abbastanza alto), buia e senza la corretta illuminazione artificiale.

The hotel elevators were down at times only one working at busy times of the day. It took over 20 minutes to get off of the 4th and we ended up taking the stairs. Which were not easy to even find. I reported the first day that food had been missed when the room was cleaned from the last person and at day 3 it was still there. The service elevator worked but it was equally slow and smelled like garbage when you exited at the ground floor. The only reason u gave this a 2 star was the people working were really nice and the beds were good. We were unable to get the heat to turn off so we had to open the window. We reported that day one with no help. It is too bad that we ended up spending hours of our trip waiting on the elevators because that was the only real bad part of our trip. The hotel is in a great location but if you decide to stay take in consideration the elevator situation is a real pain and apparently been going on for over a year.

I stayed there 2 times, each for 7-8 nights. - The first week I got a beautiful room in good shape and at a good price. No issues with it. - The second time, I got a much worse room, more expensive, which had broken things (the toilet paper thingy was broken, the mirror had heavy wear, etc). They were supposed to be the same quality. What would I get the next time I stay there if I go?
