Hi! I love my perfumes from parfum1. I can find all the great brands there that are not available at some of the other online stores.However my last purchase of approx $150 dollars was met with a ups charge of another $50 ! This was not duties or customs but ridiculous UPS surcharges. Unfortunately I have to purchase elsewhere from now on.

Hello, Thank you for your comments and we are glad you enjoyed the perfumes you received from Parfum1. I am sorry to hear that you were charged fees by UPS. We have had some complaints from customers shipping to Canada about extra UPS fees so we are currently working on a new shipping option to Canada that would NOT include any fees. We hope to have this option available within the next month. We'll be sending all of our customers who are located in Canada an email to let them know! I have been a client for the last 10 years, and their inventory just grows and grows. They have the best prices on the internet, the widest selection (even scents you thought could only be found in Europe) and the free shipping @ $75! Read of the fragrance descriptions, and get drawn in by the tender notes... Go back often, as they always bring in new inventory. You can even make a request and they'll try to find it for you.
