Great product

I ordered a rollator walker but it is on back order until the end of August. Disappointing.

The walker works great but too heavy to lift up stairs so will need a ramp.

Extremely fast shipping, would use agin

Now in this review, we actually had a problem with delivery. I must say Parentgiving jumped right in and fedex'd us another bedrail and overnight depends without question. It was supposed to come the next day but in actual, took 2 days. Even though we were originally upset that the order did not go through without a hitch, it was good to know that Parentgiving gave it immediate attention and resolved all that they had control over. In the future I would not use that company for delivery and stick to what works. UPS or Fedex. Overall I would definitely order from them again and the Bedrail is PERFECT. My dad is over 90 years old and to know he is safe in his bed is great. We actually removed the bed board so that his bed is closer to the ground making it easier for him to get in and out and the bedrail attaches to the mattress and bed just fine and is sturdy and supports him in the night. He moves around alot in bed at night and often times ends up with his feet out. The bedrail is another method of safety measures we use and I feel better knowing his sleep is sound. The NASA depends works great! It holds more liquid during the night, so we used them for his sleep and use the store bought Depends during the day. I will order these consistently. Some times it is more important how a company handles a mishap to know they will support you when things do not go as planned. We are happy.
