The last 2 orders I put through…
The last 2 orders I put through Parentgiving have been messed up, not happy about this. First order I was told that it was lost in shipping and it was resent. This last order, that I have now been wanting over a week for, I called again and was told it was “lost in shipping “ again, so I contacted the office again and was told it would be here the next day-it wasn’t!! Called again was told well it would be delivered today and when I mentioned that I was to get it yesterday I was told “I don’t know what to tell you “ would you like a refund! I am in need of the product I’m not trying to get my money back! Will be shopping around to see where else I can get my things.

Mr. Riley, I am very sorry your Seni Super Quatro Briefs have been delayed. I called FedEx and they assured me the case will be delivered today. I know you are very frustrated over the long time it has taken to get this particular case to you, especially since the other two cases on the order have already been delivered. I placed an order for a package of the Quatro briefs to be shipped to you today at no charge. I realize this will not make up for the inconvenience of the delayed case, but perhaps will serve as a back-up for you in the future. Regards, Colleen
