I ordered the Tranquility premium overnight underwear in the small size which is hard to find. They fit but there's not much too them. They don't hold enough fluid for me. They don't go up far enough in the back and they leak. I am a back sleeper and even for women the fluid still runs to the back of the underwear leaking out onto my pajamas. I also purchased the Dignity Super Natural Adhesive Pads to go inside. They are too wide and it makes fluids leak out right over the top of them. I wish I would have ordered samples first. I currently am using Tena Overnight underwear but they don't come in a small so the legs are just a little too big and I have to add a Poise overnight Pad inside of those which I a to cut small sliced in them so the fluids will go through to the underwear. Just curious, does anyone else have to go through this hassle? Tired of having to make things more difficult than they should be. It's hard enough just being incontinent. shipping was good and on time from Parentgiving.

I called shortly after placing an order online - your customer service rep talked me through all the questions I had and noted that my order (which had been flagged as possible fraud) should be shipped asap. I then got a notice when FedEx flagged the order as non-deliverable. You don't find support and service like this in many companies! I've flagged the website so that I can access it quickly when I need something the next time!
