I never have to worry about "lag" time…
I never have to worry about "lag" time between the placing of the order and delivery. The prompt delivery takes a big worry off my mind.

Excellent Service
I ordered a mobility scooter (the EW-M34 in black) for my dad who has Parkinson's Disease. Ordering by phone was very easy and I received friendly and efficient service. Maura even called after I placed the order to confirm that I understood that I had ordered the scooter to be sent disassembled rather than arrive put together. The scooter arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Service was excellent, and I felt that the people at Parentgiving cared about my order and were there to answer any questions I had. I'm very happy with my purchase and my dad will get a lot of use out of his new scooter.

Too long for delivery
The order process is just fine but the amount of time to receive the product takes far to long. I still haven't received my product. I guess it is expected for this Mon. I paid $7.00 for shipping and the order was placed 5/30 and should arrive June 10. That is a long time.

They have the best price
They have the best price for my mothers particular adult diapers that I order by the case. I like the fact that I get a discount with auto shipment and I found the site easy to navigate.
