So I ordered a non-returnable item. You were able to arrange a credit even though item was on-returnable. You have earned my business and will order from you in the future. Now for the Constructive criticism. I would likely have saved us both the hassle if a pop up warning appeared, both on order and again on final checkout, that item(s) in the order are non-returnable. Perhaps your programmers can modify your site logic to flag these items and generate the additional warning. It was only after getting off the phone with Customer Service that I went back and looked. You do indeed have a warning, but it is not noticeable enough (see above). Finally, I have had great faith and success with Drive products in the past, so I did not expect an issue. Perhaps, Drive can develop an insert for non standard bowls or a model sheet that it has been tested on, I know there are lots of styles so thus may be impractical. So my elongated bowl is more elongated, as a result the front lip doesn’t touch anything, allowing too much play/movement at front. Client (mom) did not feel secure on seat. A snap on extender for odd sized bowls might do it. Thanks for your attention.

The “bariatric” shower stool you sold is cheap plastic that wobbles when a 75-pound weight is placed on it. No way it would be safe for an overweight adult. Add in your no returns policy, and I’m out nearly $75 for a piece of junk that went straight to the landfill. And you’ve got an unhappy one-time customer sure to warn anyone who will listen about your misrepresentations.
