New to the Parentgiving program
New to the Parentgiving program, but so far quite pleased. I am especially impressed with the immediate response to my inquiry, and the record-keeping method used. The rapid delivery service is quite helpful when considering changes in the recurring schedule.

I really like this chair
I really like this chair! I use mine as a shower chair. A great part about this chair, is that it is very sturdy and feels safer for me to sit on. On the other side of sturdy, is heafty or heavier than I anticipated. I will just need to rethink my transfers on/off the seat, so I can transfer to my wheelchair after my shower easier. It's just a learning curve that I expect to figure out shortly. This is a great product

Simply the best online company in care products
Great selection of products and an easy to use website. Our order was placed with ease and delivery occurred quickly. I believe the following day. Customer service, when needed has been responsive and helpful which we appreciate (ie helpful with brand knowledge and returns). Applying earned points into order discounts has been helpful. Being able to review past orders online is a great feature and helpful as we order for several households care needs. I’ve recommended this site to others.

Hello the first time i used your…
Hello the first time i used your company. The order was sent to my address and I put in the nursing home address. The complete order was not received so I called and the person on the phone had no clue and blamed it on fed ex. So they sent the items not ordered out and i received them at my address to complete the order. This weekend i took the order to the nursing home in Wisconsin and the part of the order i was missing was there. So the order was sent to two different places.
